Marshall Main Street’s president is expressing appreciation for the strong turnout at the organization’s open house Monday, March 3.
Marshall Main Street President Rebecca Adams tells KMMO News that attendees of the open house at Spainhower Primary School received an overview of the program and how community members can help encourage business growth in the downtown area.
Participants contributed to a wish list of items they’d like to see come to or take place in Downtown Marshall.
Adams says as Marshall Main Street continues to organize itself, the group is preparing for a visit June 16 and 17 by Missouri Main Street and representatives from USDA’s Rural Development office.
