The Kansas City Chiefs are continuing to shore up their offensive line, bringing in a left tackle from San Francisco.
ESPN and other outlets are reporting that the Chiefs have agreed to a two-year, $30 million contract with left tackle Jaylon Moore. $21.24 million are believed to be guaranteed. Moore’s four-year career has been spent with the 49ers, including 15 games last season and five starts. He was a fifth-round pick in the 2021 draft from Western Michigan. The Chiefs are hoping that Moore will be the answer to their left tackle question that ultimately doomed their quest for a Super Bowl three-peat. Four different players started in that spot last season, including guard Joe Thuney, who was traded last week to the Chicago Bears.
