#11 Missouri Valley has its second Heart of America Athletic Conference honoree of the season in men’s volleyball.

Lucas Rodrigues is this week’s Setter of the Week, leading the Vikings in a pair of wins on the road against nationally ranked opponents. He tallied 46 assists, five digs and an ace in the Vikings’ win over #15 William Penn, then totaled 50 assists and nine digs when Missouri Valley took down #6 Grand View in four games. Last month teammate Luca Hasse was named a conference attacker of the week.

Men’s volleyball is currently 9-2 on the season, including a 5-2 mark in the conference. The Vikings host #4 Missouri Baptist on Tuesday, March 11 at 7 p.m., then will visit Culver-Stockton on Friday night before hosting #9 Park on Saturday afternoon.
