Pamela Marshall “Pam” Stouffer, 75, died March 22nd, 2025, surrounded by family at her home in Marshall, MO.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 28th, 2025, at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Marshall, with Rev. Dr. Phil Olson officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 before the service. Inurnment will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall following the service. Memorials may be made to Friends of Arrow Rock or  Marshall Public Library. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.

Born October 17, 1949, in Marshall, MO, Pam was the daughter of the late James Lynch “Jim” Marshall and Patricia Pickett “Pat” Marshall. She was a graduate of Marshall High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in fashion merchandising from the University of Missouri-Columbia. On June 7th, 1969, she married Donald G. Stouffer who survives of the home. Pam and Don lived in Chicago, IL, Alexandria, VA, and Raytown, MO before returning to Saline County where they lived the rest of their lives together. Pam dedicated her career to fashion merchandising, served as the secretary for the Dean of Education at Missouri Valley College and she was treasurer for Covenant Presbyterian Church for more than 30 years. She was a lifelong bridge player, being a part of various bridge clubs. Pam enjoyed sports throughout her life and worked as a lifeguard, swimming instructor, and played in a tennis league for many years. She was a member of PEO Chapter GM, Friends of Arrow Rock, innumerable bridge clubs, Daughters of the American Revolution, University of Missouri Jefferson Club, Fitzgibbon Auxiliary and book groups. Traveling was perhaps her greatest passion. She was an avid traveler, having journeyed to countries in several continents around the world.

In addition to her husband, survivors include one son, David Stouffer and wife Vicky of Fort Smith, AR; two grandchildren: Emily England (Matt), Luke Stouffer (Lauren); one brother, Dick Marshall (Melodie) of St. James, MO; and a dear friend, Jackie Guthrey with whom she shared a bond that began in the seventh grade, and transcended beyond any worldly title; and several nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Pam was preceded in death by her father James L. Marshall and her mother Patricia P. “Pat” Marshall.
