The monthly test for Saline County’s emergency storm sirens remains scheduled for Wednesday, April 2.
Saline County Emergency Management director Tony Day says his agency is anticipating severe weather to not be in the area when the regularly scheduled test is set to take place, Wednesday between 1:30 and 2 p.m. Day adds that if inclement weather remains in the area, emergency management will delay the test to Thursday.
The siren test for Saline County will cover most of the county, including Arrow Rock, Blackburn, Gilliam, Grand Pass, Malta Bend, Miami, Nelson, Slater and Sweet Springs.
