A one-vehicle crash along Interstate 70 in Cooper County caused injury to the vehicle’s driver Sunday, April 6.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the 47-year-old driver from Troy was driving east on I-70 around 5:15 p.m., when at mile marker 93.6, or seven miles west of Boonville, his car went off the right side of the roadway and became airborne, landing in a ditch. The driver suffered moderate injury and was taken to a Columbia hospital.
