Larry Lynn Akeman, 85, of Marshall, MO, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2025. He was born February 22, 1940, to the late Elmer Lynn Akeman and Roberta Elizabeth (Ruby) Sallee Akeman.

He served in the United States Marine Corps. Larry had a career in sales with Acme and Texas boot companies and later sold cars.

He is survived by his sister, Joyce Akeman Kelley of Conway, AR, his nephew Andrew Kelley of Los Angeles, CA, his niece Samantha Hathaway and great niece Abigail Hathaway of Little Rock, AR, and many cousins and friends.

Graveside service will be Tuesday April 22, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Miami Cemetery in Miami, Mo. Willie Harlow will officiate.
