The Moberly City Council considered an agreement with an engineering firm for potential entry signage options on Highway 63 during its meeting on Monday, April 7.

The city council voted to approve an resolution with Bartlett and West for engineering services to provide options for entry signage along Highway 63. Community Relations Manager Scott McGarvey said council members were curious about the finer details of a project like this.

McGarvey also noted the city is in the process of a way finding signage project inside the city.

In other news, the council approved a request from Greg Carroll with Harrier Track Club to hold a 5k event on Friday, July 4. McGarvey says this is an annual event held at the city park to raise funds for the track club.
