Missouri Valley College is hosting a presentation from Pearl Harbor Child author Dorinda Makanaonalani Nicholson on Monday, April 21.

The presentation will begin at 1 p.m. on the Missouri Valley College campus. Nicholson’s book will be the focus of the presentation. MVC’s Assistant Dean of Library and Academic Support Services Samantha Perkins says attendees will have the opportunity hear her reflections on history and heritage as she discusses her family’s experiences during the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Perkins says a book signing and a meet and greet will follow Nicholson’s presentation.

The presentation will be held in the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning in the Murrell Library and Academic Support Center.
