A Sedalia man sustained moderate injuries after a crash on U.S. Highway 50 in Morgan County on Friday, April 18.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred when a vehicle driven by a 23-year-old Sedalia man crossed the center of the roadway on U.S. 50 near Missouri 135, striking a 2016 Peterbilt and rotating in the roadway.

The Sedalia driver had moderate injuries in the crash and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center. The Peterbilt’s driver had no reported injuries. MSHP reports the Sedalia man was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident.

The crash occurred at 10 p.m. in Morgan County.
