
The Marshall Public Schools Orchestra program will hold its Spring Concert on Thursday, April 24.
This concert will feature all of the orchestras in the program on the same concert, including the MHS Orchestra, BMS 8th Grade Orchestra, BMS 7th Grade Orchestra, BMS 6th Grade Orchestra, and NW 5th Grade Orchestra.
Selections performed will include some classical and orchestral favorites, a remembrance selection, some fun fiddle music, fast and exciting show pieces, some recognizable childhood favorites, and others. The evening will also include a remembrance and celebration of former orchestra director Charles Ferguson, as well as recognition of the MHS Orchestra’s departing seniors and thanks for their eight years of dedication to the orchestra program as they move on to the next phase in their lives.
The concert will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Harold Lickey Auditorium in Bueker Middle School.
