
Carrollton Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects that robbed a liquor store and left an employee unconscious.
According to a news release, two unidentified individuals entered the liquor store on the 1000 block of Route 65 around 10:20 p.m. Wednesday, April 23 and use a taser to assault the on-duty employee, leaving the employee unconscious and taking a cell phone. The suspects then drilled into a gaming machine and stole about $11,000 in cash. The assailants then left the store, driving southbound on Route 65. Police say they are reviewing surveillance footage, but have yet to find footage of sufficient quality to determine the suspects’ identities.
