Gerald Henry Lohman, 75, of rural Sweet Springs, MO, died Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 28, 2025, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Emma.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday at the church.  Memorials are suggested to Holy Cross Lutheran Church in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.  An online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com

Born February 14, 1950, in Sweet Springs, MO, he was the son of the late Clarence John Lohman and Irene Marie Harms Lohman.  Gerald lived in Saline County his entire life and was a 1968 graduate of Sweet Springs High School.  He spent his life farming and also worked as a metal scrapper for Kays Engineering for 15 years.  Gerald was an avid Nascar fan and collector, but what brought him the most joy and happiness were his grandchildren.

Survivors include one daughter, Allison Rene Porter (Ryan) of Liberty; three grandchildren: Henry, Vivian and June; two sisters, Norma Boyer and Janice Bybee (Lewis), both of Sweet Springs; as well as nieces, nephews and other extended family.
