State Fair Community College students Katelyn Crafton and Hetvi Thakkar have been named to the 2025 All-Missouri Academic Team by Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), the national honor society for two-year colleges.

The Missouri Community College Association (MCCA) honored Crafton and Thakkar, along with other top scholars from across the state, at the PTK Awards Luncheon on April 10 at Stephens College in Columbia. Each student received a PTK medal, certificate, and $250 scholarship in recognition of their academic excellence and leadership.

The All-Missouri Academic Team is part of a national program that recognizes the academic achievement, leadership, and service of outstanding community college students. PTK partners with corporate sponsors to coordinate the Academic All-USA competition. The top Missouri candidates are then selected for state-level honors by MCCA.
