A project to construct J-turns and intersection improvements on U.S. Highway 50 is scheduled to begin next week.

The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting lane closures on eastbound and westbound U.S. Highway 50 between Missouri Highway 58 and Business Highway 50 beginning Monday, May 5. Lane closures are expected Monday through Friday until the project’s scheduled completion in December. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones.
