
The monthly storm siren test for most of Saline County is scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday, May 7.
According to Saline County Emergency Management Director Tony Day, testing will take place between 1:30 and 2 p.m. weather permitting. If any inclement weather does occur, the test will be rescheduled for Friday, May 9.
The test will take place in several areas of the county, including Arrow Rock, Blackburn, Gilliam, Grand Pass, Malta Bend, Miami, Nelson, Slater and Sweet Springs.
Marshall is not included in this specific test.
