Paul J. Litton, 64, of Concordia, MO, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO. He was born on November 6, 1960, in St. Louis, MO, the son of Charles Edward Litton and Anna Marie (Murphey) Litton, who preceded him in death.

On May 5, 1979, in Sweet Springs, MO, he was united in marriage to Diana L. Loges, who resides in the home.

Paul was a graduate of the Sweet Springs High School class of 1979. He worked at his father’s Litton Shell Station in Sweet Springs and also served as a tree trimmer for Shade Tree and Asplundh Tree Service. Recently, Paul retired from ConAgra Foods in Marshall, MO, after 25 years of service. Paul was baptized on November 10, 1968 at the Community of Christ Church in Sweet Springs, MO, by his father, Rev. Charles Litton. Paul was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Emma, MO, where he was confirmed on December 21, 2022, by Pastor Jacob Mueller.

He was very active in coaching youth baseball and softball in Sweet Springs. A devoted fan of the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs, Paul also loved NASCAR and dirt kart racing, where he served as crew chief for his sons and grandchildren from 2004 to 2024. He enjoyed playing guitar with his son, Andrew, and his grandson, Tanner. One of Paul’s most prized possessions was his C4 40th Anniversary Edition Ruby Red Corvette. Above all, he cherished spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Paul is survived by two daughters, Raygen Lockard (Eric) of Higginsville, MO, and Alexandria Hieronymus (Daniel) of Hughesville, MO; three sons, Aaron Litton (Amanda) of Marshall, MO, Robbin Litton (Heather) of Sedalia, and Andrew Litton (Samantha) of Concordia, MO; granddaughter, Faith Litton of the home; eight additional grandchildren, Clayton, Emilee, Owen, Tanner, Liam, Ava, Ayrton, and Penelope; one great-grandson, Greyson; and his life long best friend, Terry Nelson.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by a grandson, Blake Evann Litton, and his mother-in-law, Kay O’Dell.

A celebration of life service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 19, 2025, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Emma, MO, with Pastor Michael Pottschmidt officiating..

Urn bearers will be Aaron Litton, Robbin Litton, and Andrew Litton.
