The Odessa Board of Aldermen held another discussion regarding an addition to its Zoning Code during its meeting on Monday, May 12.

The board is considering approving a chapter to the code regarding Planned Unit Developments. City Administrator Shawna Davis said aldermen continued discussions Monday night, but ultimately decided to send the ordinance back to the Planning and Zoning Commission with some revisions.

If the revisions are approved by the Planning Zoning Commission, the ordinance will be sent back to the Board of Aldermen for their approval during a future meeting.

In other news, the board approved a three-year service commitment with RingCentral for the city’s phone system.
