The Concordia R-2 School District Board of Education approved the salary scheduled for the 2025-2026 school year during its meeting Wednesday, May 14.

According to minutes from the meeting, the board gave approval to the schedules for support staff, teacher, and admin salaries. A 75 cent raise was approved for the base of support staff and a 1.5 percent increase was approved for admin salaries. The teacher base was set at $36,800.

The board also approved a motion to approve Randal Fiene for audit services for fiscal years 2025-2027.

During closed session, the board made motions to employ Cassidy Warren as an Elementary teacher and Freddie Pinion as a High School Social Studies Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.
