The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported three traffic fatalities over Memorial Day weekend.

The fatalities were reported in Jackson, Warren, and St. Charles Counties. MSHP investigated 182 crashes and 83 injuries during the counting period overall, which ran from May 23 to May 26.

These numbers are down from 2024. MSHP reported seven fatalities, 275 crashes, and 161 injuries during the 2024 Memorial Day weekend.

The Patrol notes these numbers could change if late deaths occur, other departments report crashes or incidents, or if a fatality is determined to be caused by a medical condition after this story was posted.
