Marshall Main Street is hosting a workshop with representatives from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Missouri Main Street to provide resources and training for district property owners.

The workshop will be held June 16 and 17 in the downtown area of Marshall. Marshall Main Street President Rebecca Adams says the workshop will begin on June 16 with a walking tour of the district, followed by meetings with property owners, city officials, and residents.

The workshop will wrap up on June 17 with a presentation from Missouri Main Street on promotion, economic vitality, and design-related observations and recommendations for Marshall’s downtown revitalization. Adams notes that property owners in the district can also take advantage of free architectural renderings.

Day 1 of the workshop begins at noon on Monday, June 16. The exact location of the workshop has not been announced, but should be finalized by June 6. Anyone with questions about the workshop can contact Adams at rebecca@marshallmainstreet.org.
