The Missouri Department of Transportation’s project to improve intersections along U.S. Route 50 west of Warrensburg will result in the closure of one of those intersections beginning Monday, June 9.

Crews will close the intersection with Business Route 50 west of the city on that date. Traffic that normally goes through that intersection will need to use the Business Route 13 exit in the city. The reconfigured intersection, one of ten involved in the project, is slated to reopen in the fall. Details about the project are available on MoDOT’s website.
