Mary Jane Johnson, 91, of Springfield, MO, died Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at The Maples Health and Rehab in Springfield.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, MO, with Pastor Ken Thompson officiating. Burial will following in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Memorials are to the Church of Christ 214 N. Mary Jane was born on April 24, 1934, in Mandeville, MO, to the late Herbert A. Francis and Vera (Corbin) Francis. She was a 1953 graduate of Marshall High School. On September 3, 1954, she married John Marion Johnson, and they lived in Warrensburg since 1954. Mary was a member of the Washington St. Church of Christ in Warrensburg, Mo. She had an avid love of word search puzzles and spending time with family and friends.

Mary is survived by her son, Harland David Johnson (Cindie) of Springfield; three grandchildren: Ellen Johnson, Tasha McCullough (Justin), and Nickolas Nickols (Courtney); three great-grandchildren: Charlotte Vera Mae Johnson, Jaxon McCullough and Ramzey McCullough.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, John Marion Johnson; one brother, Eugene Francis; and one sister, Betty Stephenson.
