Severe weather in the St Louis area Wednesday, June 4 prompted the St Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Royals to postpone Wednesday’s game, meaning a day-night doubleheader is in store for both teams Thursday.

The first game will take place at 12:45 p.m., with Wednesday’s scheduled starters of Noah Cameron for the Royals and Miles Mikolas for the Redbirds. Pregame will begin at noon on KMMO AM 1300.

The second game is now scheduled for 6:45 p.m., with pregame at 6 p.m. on KMMO-FM 102.9. Cole Ragans will come off the injured list after his left groin strain to start for the Royals, while Matthew Liberatore will take the bump for St Louis.
