Some afternoon rain hasn’t been enough to slow down the start of the 2025 ‘Return to the Roost,’ as the festivities continue around Marshall.

The Alumni Car Show began at 2 p.m. on the Marshall Square. The car show will be followed up by a Memorial Cruise at 6 p.m. Alumni Association Board President Tracy Crumbaugh says the car show and cruise is honoring Rusty Wilder, a former teacher at the Saline County Career Center.

Several class gatherings are slated to begin later in the evening. Crumbaugh says Day 2 of the event will have even more events to participate in.
