
Four area troopers have received their assignments after graduating from the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s law enforcement academy on Wednesday, June 18.
The new troopers were members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s 123rd Recruit Class.
Trooper Jacob Dillon, a native of Odessa, has been assigned to Zone 5, which serves the citizens of Ray and Carroll counties. Dillon graduated from Wellington-Napoleon High School in Wellington, in 2020. Prior to his appointment to the Patrol, Dillon joined the United States Army in 2020, where he continues to serve as a reservist.
Trooper Daniel Mullins has been assigned to Zone 3, which serves the citizens of Clay County. Mullins is a St. Joseph native and graduated from Savannah High School in 2010. Mullins previously served 6 years in the United States Navy as an Aviation Rescue Swimmer.
Trooper Blaine Stark, of Boonville, has been assigned to Zone 4, which serves the citizens of Clay County. Stark graduated from Boonville High School in 2022.
Trooper Dallas Waller, a native of Versailles, has been assigned to Zone 2, which serves the citizens of Platte County. Waller graduated from Morgan County High School in Versailles in 2020. Waller attended the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and legal studies in 2024.
The new troopers will report for duty in their respective assignments in Troop A on July 7.
