A three-car collision in the Sedalia city limits Tuesday, June 17 saw one of the drivers involved treated at a Warrensburg hospital.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 30-year-old from the Camden County community of Montreal was going eastbound on West Broadway (U.S. Route 50), when at around 3:30 p.m., he ran a red light at the intersection with State Fair Boulevard. His SUV swerved into the westbound lanes to miss a vehicle, but struck two westbound vehicles driven by Sedalia residents, both women in their 50s. The Montreal man suffered moderate injury and was taken to a Warrensburg hospital. No injuries were reported for the other two drivers involved.
