A Clifton Hill man suffered moderate injury after his truck overturned on a Randolph County highway the morning of Wednesday, June 25.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that the 67-year-old was driving his Mack truck south on Route 3, about a mile north of the city, when at around 8:45 a.m., the truck went off the right side of the roadway. The driver overcorrected, going off the left side of the road. That resulted in the truck overturning and losing its load. The driver was taken to a nearby hospital. Troopers say the man was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.
