The Glasgow Public Water Supply District is asking residents located in the south side of the district to limit usage and conserve water over the next week.

The district has been reporting overuse that has drained the water tower dry. Various actions like filling swimming pools and farmers watering crops have helped drain the tower.

Residents in the district are urged to conserve water when they can over the next five to seven days.
