A Marshall man was taken to the hospital after his van left a Saline County roadway Wednesday, July 2.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the 30-year-old was driving a minivan north on Route O about three miles west of Slater, when at around 10:25 p.m., the van went off the road as it approached Lodge Avenue. According to the patrol’s report, the van went off the left side of the roadway and overturned. The driver received moderate injuries and was treated at a nearby hospital.
