A Sedalia woman was injured after her vehicle hydroplaned and ran off Highway 65 in Pettis County on Friday, July 11.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a car driven by a 23-year-old Sedalia woman began to hydroplane at 11:25 p.m. while traveling southbound on Highway 65. The car then ran off the roadway and struck a rock wall before overturning.

The driver had minor injuries in the accident and was taken to a Sedalia hospital for treatment. Troopers report the woman was wearing her seat-belt during the crash.
