Streets in a 28-block section of Sedalia will have crews working overnight next week for striping.

The city’s public works department will paint roadways in the downtown area beginning Sunday, July 20, with the project lasting until Thursday morning. Crews will work each night from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m., with the project area stretching from Broadway Blvd. north to Main Street, and Lamine Ave. west to Moniteau Ave. Drivers are urged to use caution in work zones and follow any posted detours or other instructions.
