Applications are now open for the 2025-2026 Leadership Tomorrow program, which is being hosted by the Marshall Chamber of Commerce.

Leadership Tomorrow is a leadership development program designed to educate, connect, and empower individuals who are committed to making a difference in Saline County. The program begins this September and runs through May 2026. Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Rachel Hayworth says the program will help build stronger and more engaged community leaders through hands-on experiences in the county.

There will be about 10-12 spots available in this year’s cohort. Hayworth encourages emerging leaders to apply to take part in the program.

Nine full day sessions will be planned for the program. September 11 is the deadline to apply. You can register here.
