Eleven Marshall High School Choir students auditioned for District Choir honors over the weekend, with each of them getting selected for a District Choir.
A total of six MHS students were selected for the All-District Choir, including Soprano Nevaeh Frame, Tenor Daniel Butner, and Basses Justin McMellen, Saxon Post, Deaginn Slusher, and Caleb Wagner.
Five other students earned a selection to participate in the District Treble Choir. This choir will include Sopranos Colbee Norman and Chenuli Jayasundera; and Altos Brianna Carrillo, Kady Dickson-Sayers, and Serenity Kays.
Each of these students will participate in the West Central Missouri Music Educators Association District Choir performances on Saturday, October 18, at Oak Grove High School.
