A two-vehicle crash in Armstrong on Friday, Sept. 19 sent the drivers of both vehicle to a Columbia hospital.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred around 3:45 p.m. Friday, when a vehicle driven by a 48-year-old Armstrong woman turned off Route V onto Route 3, into the path of a pickup driven by a 20-year-old Laquey woman. Both women sustained moderate injury and were taken to a Columbia hospital. Troopers note that both women were wearing their seat belts at the time of the collision.
