Missouri Valley College has announced an enrollment of 1,511 students for the 2024 fall semester.
MVC is seeing growth for both the domestic and online portions of the student population. Domestic enrollment has grown seven percent overall, with Missouri students increasing four percent and now comprising more than half of the student body. Online enrollment has increased by 18 percent compared to last year.
MVC is also seeing participation in its dual credit program increase more than 65 percent, although the college does not include these students in it official census count.
The past two years, applications have increased by 20 percent, and overall retention at Missouri Valley has risen 14 percent.
The college is continuing to expand its online and graduate programs, such as developing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, with the hope of further diversifying enrollment and revenue streams.
