The Pettis County Road and Bridge Department has begun a bridge replacement project southwest of Smithton.

Muschaney Road between Lamms Lane and White School Road closed Monday, Sept. 22 for the replacement project, which is expected to last the next two weeks. Motorists are advised to find a detour and make additional arrangements during the closure. Drivers are also reminded to watch for work zone signs and not drive around any barricades.
