Two young men from Versailles suffered serious injuries when their pickup truck ran off a Morgan County roadway Monday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the 18-year-old driver was driving north on Camellia Road, when at around 3 p.m., the truck started to go off the right side of the road as it went downhill and toward a curve. The pickup slid sideways, then overturned. The driver was taken to a Lake Ozark hospital, while his 19-year-old passenger was flown to a Columbia hospital. Troopers say the two were not wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
