A Mora woman was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 65 in Pettis County Wednesday afternoon.

A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by a 51-year-old Mora woman pulled into the path of a semi truck driven by a 53-year-old Warsaw man on Highway 65 at Maltsbarger Road. The front of the semi struck the right side of the Mora woman’s vehicle. Troopers report the Mora woman was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.

The Mora driver was taken to Bothwell Hospital for treatment. No injuries were reported for the other driver.

The accident occurred at 12:30 p.m. in Pettis County.
