The Santa Fe R-X Board of Education reviewed and accepted the district’s audit during it most recent meeting.

The audit was reviewed during the board’s September 17 meeting. Superintendent Derek Lark praised the bookkeeping efforts of his secretary Leslie Boehmer.

Lark also reported that the district has finished a series of project in the final phase of its bond issue.

Some of the projects include improvements to the High School entry and circle drive, canopies at each of the district’s buildings, and new lighting on the football field.

The board’s next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15.
