A warrant has been issued for a Brunswick man who is facing felony charges for sexual acts with a child.

According to a probable cause statement from the Chariton County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were contacted by the Missouri Children’s Division regarding an emergency hotline report alleging that a child victim had been repeatedly assaulted by Kenneth Paul Jr.

The details of the incidents have not been released, but the felony complaint claims that Paul knowingly had sexual intercourse with a child by the use of forcible compulsion numerous times between December 8, 2021 and June 6, 2025.

Paul is facing charges for rape or attempted rape, first degree sodomy, fourth degree child molestation, and third degree assault. No bond is allowed.

No court dates have been scheduled at this time.
