The Kansas City Chiefs are optimistic about the return of several key players in practice this week as the team prepares for its pivotal Week 4 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens.
Wide receiver James Worthy has been absent from the Kansas City offense after suffering a shoulder injury in Week 1. Worthy has been a full participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Although his game status has not been decided, he appears to be on track to play in Week 4. Worthy was one of the team’s top receivers in 2024, finishing with 638 yards in his rookie season.
Some other Kansas City players have dealt with some minor injuries, but have still fully participated in practice activities this week. This includes Patrick Mahomes, who reportedly has a right wrist injury. The only player that has been limited at practice this week is cornerback Kristian Fulton, who is dealing with an ankle injury.
For the Ravens, Nnamdi Madubuike and Kyle Van Noy have been unable to practice this week as both are recovering from injuries in Week 2.
The Chiefs will be hosting the Ravens Sunday afternoon at 3:25 p.m.
