
The Concordia R-2 School District is holding its first community forum of the 2025-2026 school year to discuss school safety and crisis management.
The forum will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, October 20 in the Concordia High School Library. Superintendent Theresa Christian says the district seeking input from the public to help revise and update Concordia’s Safety and Crisis Management Plan.
The district will also discuss legislative impacts on the revised plan after Senate Bill 68 was passed earlier this year.
All members of the community, including parents, students, and other district patrons are invited to the forum. The forum will also be livestreamed on the CHS Facebook page. Attendees are encouraged to send questions or discussion ideas related to school safety and crisis management to Christian at tchristian@concordia.k12.mo.us.
