The Warrensburg Convention and Visitors Bureau’s 2025-2026 Tourism Development program is now accepting applications until the end of the month.

The grant application deadline is 5 p.m. Friday, October 31, 2025. Guidelines for each category can be found at VisitWarrensburg.com.

The program was established to provide startup funding to nonprofits hosting events, programs, and sporting events that promote the development and growth of overnight tourism in Warrensburg. The WCVB Tourism Development program has awarded more than $70,000 to nonprofits. The program is funded by the occupancy tax paid by those who utilize the services of Warrensburg hotels.
