The City of Moberly is inviting qualified farmers to submit a proposal to lease farmland owned by the city.

The 153-acre property is located near the Omar Bradley Airport. The lease term is for five years with payments due on April 1 and Oct. 1 of each year. Bids submitted will be based on an annual per-acre rate. Interested farmers can view details about the property, including aerial images from USDA’s Farm Service Agency and tillable acreage measurements, in the Community Development office located in Moberly City Hall on West Reed Street during regular business hours. The deadline to submit a bid to the City Clerk’s office is Friday, Oct. 24, 2025 at 10 a.m.
