Saline County Emergency Management Director Brad Hinz reminds the public of Wednesday afternoon’s monthly storm siren test.

Weather permitting, the county’s storm sirens will activate between 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2025. The City of Marshall’s sirens are not involved in the test, while sirens in Arrow Rock, Blackburn, Gilliam, Grand Pass, Malta Bend, Miami, Nelson, Slater and Sweet Springs are included.
