The Odessa Board of Aldermen held its second discussion regarding its 2025-2030 Strategic Plan during its meeting on Monday, October 27.
City Administrator Shawna Davis says this is one of six discussions the board will have on the Strategic Plan, with each discussion focusing on a priority area outlined in the plan. Davis says this discussion focused on the city’s Electric service.

The board will continue having similar discussions at future meetings. The board’s next meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 10.
