
The Missouri Valley College men’s soccer team has put three of its student-athletes on the 2025 Heart of America Athletic Conference All-Conference Team.
Leading the selections is Defender Jacob Adams, who was named to the all-conference first team for the second-straight season, and becomes a four-time selection to the Heart All-Conference Team. Adams finished the regular season scoring two goals, including one game-winning goal, and added two assists from the defender position. In addition to his two first team all-conference selections, Adams was a second team selection in both 2022 and 2023.
Named to the second team all-conference was Midfielder Yannick Muller. Muller earned the first all-conference selection of his career after finishing the regular season with a team-high five assists. Also, Forward Shiko Kiyomiya was named to the all-conference third team, for the first time in his career. Kiyomiya finished the regular season with three goals and two assists, and led the team with 13 shots on goal.
The No. 7 seed Missouri Valley College men’s soccer team fell 2-1 to No. 2 seed MidAmerica Nazarene in the quarterfinal round of the Heart of America Athletic Conference Postseason Championship on Tuesday. Oliver Baladi scored the lone goal for MVC in the loss. The season ends for the Vikings with a 7-8-2 record.
