A Warrensburg man was seriously injured after being struck in the city limits on Friday, November 7.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident was reported when a 46-year-old Warrensburg man was struck by an oncoming vehicle while attempting to cross Maguire Street in Warrensburg.

The pedestrian was taken to Research Medical Center for treatment of his injuries. No injuries were reported for the driver.

The accident was reported at 5:55 a.m.
