
A one-vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 63 in Moberly injured two juveniles, including a seven-year-old passenger, on Friday, November 14.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrols says the crash occurred when a pickup driven by a 16-year-old Moberly teen traveled off the roadway, overcorrected, overturned, and struck a guardrail. The the seven-year-old passenger was ejected from the vehicle.
The passenger was transported by Air Evac to University Hospital with serious injuries. The teenage driver had moderate injuries. The Patrol reports that neither occupant were wearing their seat belts at the time of the accident.
The crash was reported at 5:15 p.m.in Randolph County.
